Weber Summit S-670 has six burners emitting 60000 BTU. If that is enough heat, there is a side burner too generating 12000 BTU. There is a heavy duty motor attached rotisserie smoker and a separate sear smoker with 10600 BTU emissions. There is a thermometer in the middle for temperature regulation. The cooking space is about 624 sq. inches and console is around 145 sq. inches.

Ignition is individual and that is a put-off. But there are grill-out light handles for effective switching off of the equipment. There are a brace of lighted knobs and four swivel casters for smooth movement. The grates are 9.5 mm thick and styled like rods. Flavorizers are at a deft angle for doing away with excess grease. There is no tank provided with the purchase but the recipe manual, tool holders, smart enclosure, slide design and washing hose more than makes up for it. The equipment is shrouded in porcelain with smart use of copper.

Our Review

Volume is a bit on the higher side; what with six burners, side burner and additional smokers. The stainless steel working area adds to the volume. Food is however of the best quality and close console and drawers make it a one stop cooking experience. The fuel gauze is quite useful and the infra-red smokers are for gallant smoked food. The equipment is weather resistant.

In conclusion

This is a wonderful product that provides ultimate eating experience with its different quality burners. The kitchen needs to be copious for its facility however.
