The Weber Ranch Kettle Grill is meant for the entire ranch. It can cook a feat at a go and is used overly by catering companies and for banquet preparations. The cooking area is an incredible 1104 sq. inches. There are tuck-away lid holders to avoid air problem. Nylon handles make it easy to hold and the durability is ensured through porcelain coating on steel bowls. Cooking grates are nickel-plated and hinged at the rear for access to coal simmering downside.
Nickel cover on the grates and removable ash catcher makes cleaning a cinch. It is rendered portable through 2 weather proof wheels. There is a heavy duty steel cart for smart storage capacity, obviously needed for enormous food preparation. Casters are locked and can be used to slide frames when necessary. There is a cookbook for assistance though those using it should ideally be great chefs. It comes with a 10-year warranty.
Our Review
This product is a winner and loser for the same reason that it is the ultimate court in cooking. It cannot therefore be used for daily kitchen purposes as it occupies immense space. Weather proof accessories and heat-resistant grates are a plus factor.
Its cost is obviously high and that is understandable. The cleaning system is pleasing as otherwise it would be onerous to clean such a big outfit. It just needs to be fed with charcoal to generate needed heat.
