It looks quite compact and through proper steaming, food is cooked definitely faster than normal. The steel bowl is porcelain coated too to ensure heat and rust resistance. Grates are triple coated with nickel and handles are made of glass-strengthened nylon for smooth holding. There is a 10-year warranty along with the purchase and that emphasizes the durability factor. It comes with a cookbook for assistance. Tank is not provided however.

Our Review

The product works in the traditional cooker way and steaming pan ensures that the vapor cooks the food well. The bowl could be slightly deeper, one feels. There is proper ventilation on both the upper and lower sides. The front door helps the case. Grill frame and adjustable aluminum vents are other positive factor for this cooker.

Durability is fine with special care taken of the grates. There is 10-year warranty too. The cookbook comes in handy, though one feels that it could do with slight space for tool hooks. It also looks a bit expensive for all purposes.

In conclusion

The product from Weber is a smart technical creation. It hurts the pockets somewhat but is good for fast and steamed food.
