Weber Genesis S-320 is versatile equipment that operates at 42000 BTU. There is a side burner that generates 12000 BT for light work. The thermometer is mounted in the middle for heat moderation. The triple burners work with stainless grates of bout 7 mm thickness. This cuts off any corrosion chance.

There are tool hooks, tank storage area (tank is not provided though), fuel gauze and 4 swivel casters. The entire equipment is enclosed with stainless steel and this accentuates its beauty. There are aluminum caps for better outlook.

The grilling is rendered almost grease free with help of ember rocks. Porcelain shelling ensures that there is no external rusting. The flexible hose is there for instant washing. Rack space long with the cooking area is sufficient. This makes it a pleasure to cook in during outdoor visits.

Our Review

The 7 mm cooking grates are wonderful for good heat resistance. The food gets cooed with ethnic flavor without any grease. Moreover with assembled side burner, many thin can be cooked at a time for different people with various tastes. The recipe book on grilling dishes is quite handy. The thermostat is reversible and hooks are placed close at hand.

The product is one of the best grillers to come out of Weber. It can cut off on the cooking area though.
