Weber Genesis EP-310 is a smart grilling machine. It has three burners that may be switched on by a single pres. The cart comes with a stainless steel enclosure and looks neat with drawers and handles in the right place. It occupies bout 637 sq. inches with enough warming rack space and the central cooking area of about 507 sq. inches. The equipment is colored black with steel trimmings and aluminum caps.

The cooking grates are stylized like rods and are 7 mm thick for better grilling. The heat generated is huge at 42000 BTU and there is a thermometer to regulate the heat for different cooking. There is also a side burner emitting 12K Btu for slight grill work.

The porcelain enameling allows wonderful durability and this does not need overhauling every 1 or 2 years. The flavorizer bars are pitched at an angle for grease-free cooking. There are tool hooks and fuel gauze too. The tank storage area is not supported by a tank provision at the time of purchase.

Our Review

The equipment is a wonderful help for outdoor picnics and barbeques. The optional hose pipe allows instant washing of utensils and safety assurance during fire. The side burners make cooking a fast job with different items grilled at the same time. The price range is also reasonable and the grill can be easily assembled unlike many others.

In conclusion

This griller is a smart purchase option for home and outdoor cooking. The space it occupies is however voluminous and your kitchen needs to be big to have this equipment.
