Weber Summit S-450 is smart cooking equipment that ensures
variety. The griller does have 4 burners giving out 48800 BTU per hour.
The side burner with 12000 Btu is useful for alternative grilling. This
makes the different eaters with different choices happy as their food
appears at the same time. The stainless steal enclosure is for gravity
and console facility. The cooking space is about 580 sq. inches. There
is individual ignition for all burners.
The flavorizer bars, like
in many Weber grillers, are set at an angle to ensure food bereft of
excess grease. Durability is enhanced with porcelain shelling and copper
inputs. The cooking grates are 9.5 inches thick. There is no tank
available with the purchase but there is rotisserie tuck-way to make up.
The central mounted thermometer and fuel gauze are for checking
reasons. There are additional work areas that make it a bit cumbersome
however. Portability is fine with smooth swivel casters on both sides.

The flavorizer bar
setting is intelligent and side burners allow different grilling at one
time. Porcelain and stainless steel work is for durability and heat
generated is optimum. The rotisserie tuck-away is an extra inspiration.
Individual ignition has both its positive and negative sides. The
cookbook by Weber enlightens one with cooking knowledge. Space taken is a
bit too much with work areas enhanced. Aluminum caps are good
protection.
