Food cooks evenly and there are light handles for smart switch off. Bolts are present for easy assembly. For fueling, a 20 pound tank has to be bought as it does not come with the purchase.

Aluminum vents offer a neat look and good heat dissipation. Regulation of temperature comes easy with a thermometer in the middle and burner valves. Two burners generating adequate heat at 21700 BTU is good news. Accessories are easily assembled. There is strong porcelain covering on the grates and bowl. Nylon frames add extra gravity. Control valves are there for heat check. Flavorizer bards allow different taste and trip ducts ensure smooth cleaning. Mild detergent should be used for the job. Storage space is sufficient.

In conclusion

Weber Q-320 is a fine investment for an average sized family. It does not have excessive hidden costs. It needs purchase of certain spare parts however.
